I`d like to welcome you at the most beautiful place of the world, the Hallertauer Hopfenhof, a bavarian hopfarm in the region Hallertau.

 

My name is Kathrin Kund. I`m a Hop Ambassador, an International Beersommelierè and a Qualified Beer Judge.

 

I life and work at Hallertauer Hopfenhof.

 

Have you ever been to a hopfarm? 

 

Do you have any experience with hops?  


No? Okay, than I want to tell you something about cultivation of hops. 

Let`s make a journey through the year together and have a look on the works and our life around the hops.

 


Have a beautiful walk around our farmyard and to our hopgarden. Enjoy a tasting of german beer, hops-infused-tea or lemonade, and try at typical bavarian pretzel. Have a look at the hop harvesting, the drying and the packaging. At the beginning of September you can watch the harvest directly and out of season we can have a look to a short film about the harvest at our Hopfenhof.
